BundleLab is a package hosting service operated by Icosillion Ltd (SC634747) a company registered in Scotland.

Uptime

While the product is in a "preview" state, there are no uptime, storage, or reliability guarantees. We'll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but you might find the occasional blip as we grow the product. In the case of any extended downtime or serious issues we may decide to provide a discount on any service fees for the period of the issue.

Usage

All of our plans have limits described on the plans page on our website and in your account. These are soft limits and we won't penalise you for going over them a little in any given month. If you exceed your plan limits repeatedly we may ask you to upgrade to a larger plan.

Subscribing to a plan

You can subscribe to a plan whenever you feel ready. Each plan is billed either monthly or annually depending on what you've chosen. If you decide to change your plan, or cancel your account the changes will take affect immediately and you'll be given a pro-rated refund for the time remaining on your plan if the new plan cost is lower, or a pro-rated discount if the new plan cost is higher.

From time to time we may change the price of a plan. If this affects your plan we'll give you at least 14 days notice of the price change before it takes effect. If you miss a payment for your plan we'll automatically downgrade you to the free plan after a short grace period.

Terminating your account

If you're in breach of any of these policies we may decide to terminate your account. If we do so we'll try to notify you in advance, but the termination will take immediate effect. If your account is terminated for a breach of this agreement you won't normally be entitled to a pro-rated refund of the remaining time on your plan.

If we terminate your account for any other reason than a breach of this agreement we'll give you 14 days notice wherever possible, and you'll receive a pro-rated refund of any time remaining on your plan.

Support

Each paid plan gives you access to the support team. While the product is in the "preview" state we have no guaranteed response time for support tickets, but we'll try to get back to you within 24 hours. This covers emails to [email protected] and our in-product support chat.

Security

If you come across any security issues with the product we request that you report them to [email protected]

Changes to these terms

If we make any changes to these terms we'll notify you before they take effect. If you have any issues with the changes drop us an email at [email protected]. If we've made significant changes to your terms and you're unhappy you also have the option to terminate your account.
